Before You Book
Access Key is REQUIRED.
Door will be locked upon arrival. Do not pull or knock on the door. You MUST unlock the door via your access key which you will receive upon successful booking. Entry is permitted 10 minutes prior to your booked time.
Verify your account details.
REVIEW details before booking. You will not receive an access key if your email address is inputted incorrectly. We are not responsible for no-shows due to incorrect account details.
Confirm number of people.
All bays have a maximum of 4 guests per bay. Plan accordingly - Approximately 1 hour per person for 18 holes.
Respect other guests' time.
Do not crowd the hitting bays, stay in the WAITING AREA until your start time. Gather all belongings and clear the bays BEFORE your end time.
Booking window/cancellations.
Booking is available up to 5 days in advance. Cancellation period is up to 24 hours before your start time. No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of start time or no-shows.
