How to Play
Book Online
Choose a Day & Time
Follow the link to our booking app to view the calendar and select from available dates and times for each bay. You can book last minute or up to 5 days in advance with minimum bookings of 15 minutes.
Enter Booking & Payment Details
Select your location and make your booking! If it’s your first time, you will need to create an account. Once logged in, you can view and manage your bookings.
Review Booking Confirmation
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your booking was successful. Review the details to ensure your booking is correct.
Enter the Facility
Digital Access Key
Log in to the app to view your bookings. Your access key will be here! Only guests with a booked time are permitted inside the facility. You can enter up to 10 minutes before until 10 minutes after your booking.

You will require an internet connection to use your access key.
Wi-Fi details are provided in your confirmation email. If necessary, please ensure you save these details prior to arriving.
Arrive and Unlock
Once you arrive, open the app and press “Unlock door”. The door will remain unlocked for 5 seconds. Enter the waiting area and make sure the door closes behind you. Do not prop the door open as this will sound the alarm.
Practice & Play
Using the Simulator
The simulator and lights will turn on at your start time. Take a moment to review our guides and info provided at the bays. All of the functionalities are outlined to help you navigate the simulator software. Remote support is available upon request.
During Gameplay
Be respectful of the facility and other players. No alcohol, no smoking/vaping. Light food and beverage are permitted. Please keep the bays clean. Any guests not following facility rules will have their bookings cancelled and be banned.

End of Booking
As an automated facility - we all rely on each other to keep our Birdies experience positive. Please wipe down any surfaces using the provided cleaners and clear the bay for the next group.
