How to Play
Book Online
Choose a Day & Time
Follow the link to our booking page to view the calendar and select from the available dates and times for each bay. You can book last minute or up to 5 days in advance with minimum bookings of 30 minutes.
Enter Booking & Payment Details
Follow the instructions to enter your details. If it’s your first time booking, this will automatically make an account for you. Please ensure all information is accurate. Most of this info is only needed once, future bookings will be a snap!
Review Booking Confirmation
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your booking was successful. Please review the details to make sure all information is correct. Please remember, cancellations are only permitted via email 24 hours prior to your start time.
Enter the Facility
Digital Access Key
Upon successful booking you will receive an email containing a Digital Access Key valid for your booking. Only guests with a booked time will be permitted inside the facility. Your key will provide you access from 5 minutes before until 10 minutes after your scheduled booking.
You will require an internet connection to use your access key.
Wi-Fi details are provided in your confirmation email. If necessary, please ensure you save these details prior to arriving.
Arrive and Unlock
Once you arrive at the door, open your email to use your Digital Access Key. Press “Click to Unlock” and the door will remain unlocked for 5 seconds. Enter the waiting area and make sure the door closes behind you. Do not prop the door open as this will sound the alarm.
Practice & Play
Using the Simulator
Once you arrive at your bay, the simulator and lights will turn on at your start time. Take a moment to view our guides and info we have provided at the bays. All of the functionalities are outlined to help you navigate the simulator software. Remote support is available upon request.
During Gameplay
Please be respectful of the facility and other players. No alcohol, no smoking/vaping. Light food and beverage are permitted. Please keep the bays clean. Anybody caught not following facility rules will have their bookings cancelled and be banned.
End of Booking
As an automated facility - we all rely on each other to keep our Birdies experience positive. Please carefully wipe down any touched surfaces using the provided cleaners and clear the bay for the next group in a timely manner.
